Board Members
Board Meetings are open to any member and cover EIDEA business matters. This is when committee reports are given and decisions are made. Officers and committee representatives should attend. Meetings are scheduled as needed. Information about times and locations are in the newsletter and email notices are sent out. Contact the Prsident or Sevretary for agenda information.

Education: needs chair - can be a committee of one. Currently handled by board members / officers.
Meeting Host: needs Volunteer!! The host for a monthly meeting is responsible for seeing to lecturers needs, setting up, refreshments and making people feel welcomed. Coffee pots and supplies need to be picked up, brought to the meeting, set up for use, packed up and returned cleaned and ready for the next use. This person will be in charge of soliciting and/or reminding Snack Volunteers to bring treats.
